Frosty's Story

This feral tom cat has been coming to the Tree house to steal food and bully our resident cats for some time. All attempts to catch or trap him for neutering resulted in his escaping, by cunning or force, before he could actually be taken to the vets. When he was finally and securely caught, he was whisked off for neutering and given a rabies shot. He then spent a week with us, in a pen, but made little progress in making friends with humans. Now that he has been free here for some weeks, with only kind words and good food, he has started to accept us, and is tolerating the resident cats better too. He has now almost made friends with Pearl, our only other white cat.
